The 5th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Nopany Alumni Association will be held on:

Agenda:

1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Welcome speech by the President.
3. Presentation by the Treasurer.
4. Adoption of the Audited Income & Expenditure Account, Receipts & Payments Account for the year ended 31st March 2024, and the Balance Sheet as on that date, together with the Auditors’ Report.
5. Presentation by the Secretary.
6. Appointment of Auditors and fixation of their remuneration.
7. Retirement of trustees & induction of new trustees.
8. Consideration and adoption of appointment of 2 trustees instead of 3 trustees for the next year.
9. Consider any other matter(s) with the permission of the chair.
10. Concluding remarks by the Trustees.
11. Vote of thanks.
